Fresh mango, in cubes 320g 11 oz 11 oz
Water 200 ml 7 fl oz 3/4 cup
Honey 40 ml 1 1/2 fl oz 1/8 cup
Lemon juice 4 tsp 4 tsp 4 tsp
Strawberry 60g 2 oz 2 oz
Blueberry 60g 2 oz 2 oz
Raspberry 60g 2 oz 2 oz
Yogurt ice-cream 120 ml 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 4 4 4
 
Preparation
  1. Cook the mango, water, honey and lemon juice for about 12 min on low heat, then chill the mango soup.
  2.  
  3. Transfer the mango soup to a soup plate and add the fresh berries. Scoop the yogurt ice-cream and place it in the middle of the soup plate. Garnish with mint leaves to serve.
