Preparation
- Cook the mango, water, honey and lemon juice for about 12 min on low heat, then chill the mango soup.
- Transfer the mango soup to a soup plate and add the fresh berries. Scoop the yogurt ice-cream and place it in the middle of the soup plate. Garnish with mint leaves to serve.
