Preparation
- Dice the tuna and 40g of the cucumber. Slice the spring onions very finely and combine it with the diced tuna and cucumber. Mix the ingredients for the tuna tartare.
- Combine the ingredients for the Asian vinaigrette. Combine the herbs for the herb salad, then add the Asian vinaigrette, lettuce and enoki mushroom. Mix well.
- Slice the remaining cucumber thinly and place it on top of the cucumber, followed by the herb salad. Drizzle the remainder tuna dressing over the salad and serve.
